I ordered ForceUSA G3 but made a mistake when entering my email (accidentlt typed one leffer wrong). When I noticed it I sent an email adivising them that I made a mistake, asking them to update my contact detail. No response.
I rang their office, got a hold of someone and explained it. He said he will update it so it was all good.
Later that day I receiced an email saying their security flagged this transaction (probably because of the email spelling mistake) and it was on hold. To proceed I need me to send the photo of my ID(e.g. passport) and credit card (last digits). I said I don't want to send photo of my ID to them just to buy a power rack. She said she will talk to her manager and get back to me.
I heard no update but the next day the transaction went through (from my credit card). So I rang again and told her that the money has gone through and if they can process my order. She insisted that I need to send the photo or come to their office in Gold Coast (which is 1 hour drive from where I am). I asked if the money has gone through, why do I need to send the photo of my ID. She said they want to make sure I am the owner of my credit card.
I told her that the money has been paid, I can see it in my bank app, the product is being delivered to my home address and I am happy to verify my ID to a driver if needed. But I dont want to send photo of my passport or take 2 hours (return) drive just to show my ID. She said she will consult with colleagues and get back to me. I asked when I can expect to hear from them, she said today (which was yesterday) but still nothing. Not sure what is going o with this..I paid for the product and just want to receive it without wasting my time keep chasing things up...
