AN INSTANT LAT PULLDOWN STATION
Sit down, plant yourself firmly and get ready to do some heavy pulldowns with the MyRack Lat Pulldown Seat attachment. The attachment mechanism is designed to be similar to a J-Hook with the addition of a pin that inserts below for extra safety and stability. With multiple height setting attachment options and three settings for adjusting the knee pad height, you'll be able to find a comfortable position no matter your body type!

Design Failure

Seat does not fit correctly on the cable crossover attachment, as there are not enough pin holes in the main upright (holes need to be lower to accommodate the seat). Therefore cannot use the lat pulldown function. Product is not fit for purpose.

Does this piece fit all cable towers?

Hate to say it but

Hate to say it but this is pointless. I can’t even do pull downs with this.(thee entire reason for this attachment) I’m only 5’7” and can not get anything near full extension. Soooo you need to put holes all the way to the bottom. Sorry but not that complicated. No it won’t work with someone 6’6 with this adjustment. It will however work for 90% of people.

I recently purchased the Force USA Cable Crossover attachment, and am extremely happy with the new piece of kit. Quality of its build is akin to semi commercial standard and would easily suit a personal training studio. Very easy to assemble, and very stable. Lat pull-downs and every other cable based movement is now available to me for better and more diverse workouts. I’m 5’8” and Lat Pull-Downs are perfect. Price was relatively inexpensive, so if you have a little more space don’t second guess, just go for it. Service from G&F excellent as always.
