Good for bodyweight work, however…

The vest is excellent for anything bodyweight related such as: pull-ups, push-ups, etc.
However the size of the vest is not ideal for anyone in the weight range of 75-85kgs (most males lol) unless you are fat or built like a train around 90-100kgs, this vest will not accommodate your size, the shoulder straps are the most glaring issue, I have them set to the LOWEST possible option and they snap or unbuckle the moment you do any form of running or cardio. I like the vest for adding additional workload for my bodyweight training, its absolutely awful if you want to use this for any running or fast explosive movements.

A great vest, thanks for the speedy service to get it to me. The vest has really changed my workouts, had some great comments for the vest, and even was asked why I'm wearing a stab proof vest while walking..

Pretty Good

Looks like it's great quality and pretty durable. One flaw in the design is the adjustment of the height of the plates is done by overlapping the velcro in the straps instead of feeding into the rear plate carrier via a quick release like other Body Armour Systems I've worn before.
Limits the ability to keep the plate high (in line with sternal notch) without compromising the amount of velcro holding it in place.
Other than that, feels comfortable, well made and should last.
