FREEDOM TO MOVEThe swivel pulley design combined with the extensive cable travel allows users a wide, fluid range of motion during their strength training. Each handle also moves independently for single and alternative tricep exercises. Your members have the option for a variety of exercises and body positions using the D-ring cable: they can face the weight stack for a press-down or swivel the seat for skull crushers.
