Great Upgrade to a Regular FID Bench

I bought this bench to further space-save in my garage and love it. I use it for leg compression and leg curls, instead of the leg attachment of my Force USA G3. I find it more practical than attaching/detaching the attachment to the rack. Preacher curls have been an added bonus.

Nice Quality Work Bench

We purchased this work bench together with the G12 all in one trainer and it's a perfect companion for it. Good quality, stable, soft to touch materials. Overall it's a great addition to our home gym and a must for anyone setting up a good quality gym.

Versatile, solid and affordable

Bench genuinely feels more stable and solid than the benches in most gyms I've been too. Great versatility and after tinkering for a while the leg extension feels incredible. Still trying to figure out how to best use the leg curl (still feels great on the hamstring but I'll need to tinker with the placement a bit more for stability). Overall great bench at a great price, would recommend!
