Absolute garbage!

I bought this after my lung collapsed to go ease myself back into working out. 2 of the 5 bands already snapped. I’m definitely not using them super hardcore I’ve just been trying to do easy low intensity workouts and they wouldn’t even hold up. I paid 50$ for these in Anchorage Alaska. Don’t waste your money on these.

Great workout without tons of equipment

These resistance bands are great for a simple workout. It comes with several bands offering you light to intense workouts. You can attach to a pole door or foot. This is great to take on trips so you don’t miss an exercise. It won’t replace weights but it’s great to stay fit.

Perfect for Rotator Cuff Surgery

I have had both shoulders operated on in the last 9 months and these bands have really helped me keep up on my PT work when I am at home. I think the quality of these bands are better than the ones the professionals use at the PT Gym I go to.

The Centr Resistance Bands with Handles have been a great addition to my body weight exercises. The bands can be used in different ways to strengthen different part of your body. The Centr App has been really helpful in teaching me new ways of using the bands.

Love this for the home gym

I have really enjoyed this product since it has become a part of my workout routine at home. Resistance training is really good and does not impact too much like a lot of machine and heavy weight does. I've even got my son to try and use them but he looks at them more as a fun toy. Definitely recommend
