The Lady Bay Resort boasts spectacular accommodation, spa and golfing facilities in South Australia. They were in need of an upgrade to their ageing fitness centre, which catered to both casual guests and more regular gym users.

Gym and Fitness’ goal was to harness the incredible scenery of the fitness centre by providing a motivating space to train and relax in. We started with a Smart Bikes that gave users motivation without needing a personal trainer at their side, then added a commercial grade Elliptical Trainer, Treadmills and upper and lower body strength machines. We completed this fitout with a range of high quality free weights and training accessories.

Visitors now have a complete commercial gym to train in, with safe, reliable and easy-to-use equipment to meet their strength and fitness needs while enjoying the amazing views on offer.
