E Squared Studios is the home of functional training, focusing on three workout types, cardio, strength and conditioning. With group classes combining resistance training, body weight exercises and running to put your overall fitness to the test. If you're interested in more 1 on 1 training, PT services are available where you can focus on lifting heavy, striving for progression, focus on form and technique. The functional sessions combine compound movements using major muscle groups with isolation exercises to help promote muscle gain and overall strength.
