We have years of combined fitness experience across all of our staff, so our great range of products and pricing is backed with fantastic fitness knowledge.

We are confident that we have the most competitive advertised prices in Australia however, if you see a cheaper advertised price send us an email with the details and we should be able to match it. We have a ‘Price Match Request’ feature on every product page otherwise you can speak to someone directly on 1800 614 491.


Our staff have extensive knowledge in the area of fitness, so they can offer a more suitable (better, smaller, cheaper, stronger etc) product to suit your specific needs and your specific budget. Many other competitors do not have the range or knowledge that we do, and they will simply try to sell you into the product they have the most stock of, or make the most money from! At Gym and Fitness, we can also save you on freight due to the high volumes of stock that we send out every day.

Yes we do. If you contact us from a Defence Force (or ambulance, police, fire) email address, we can arrange a special discount for you. The discount will vary depending on the products, so make sure you have a chat to our friendly staff.

Yes, we do. We use Certegy Ezi-Pay, AfterPay, Zipmoney, FlexiRent and FlexiCommercial however these may not be available for use during specific promos. If you need help finding the right financing option for you, call 1800 614 491 to speak with one of our sales consultants. Gym and Fitness reserve the right to refuse finance for promotional offers.

In addition to financing and payment plans, you can pay using your credit card, paypal or direct deposit.

This means that when you are entering any personal details (such as creating an account) or going through the steps in the checkout all your information will be secure! If you are still not comfortable with giving details over the internet, we can also accept your credit card details over the phone.

Please use your name or order number as the description as this makes it easier and quicker to identify your payment and have your order dispatched.

Unfortunately, cash is not available on pickup from our warehouse as there are no cash handling facilities. However, you can shop in store (Gold Coast) and cash of course is an accepted payment method.

As we use courier companies (eg Direct Freight, StarTrack, TNT, TOLL, IPEC, etc) we are unable to accept cash on delivery.

Gym And Fitness has a physical store on the Gold Coast! If you would like to come into our head office, we are located in Prospect of South Australia.

Unlike many other "online only" fitness equipment shops, many who operate out of home, we are a well established Australian owned company with around 40 staff and over 100 years of fitness experience between us!

If you wish to pick up anything from our Gold Coast store, it is best to head on down there and speak directly with our Sales Consultant regarding your purchase. Due to our extensive range, not all products on our website are in stock and on display, so best to check stock levels with the store directly (however you might find some awesome ex demo, prototype and clearance products not listed on the website!).

We do not organise overseas freight to any other countries. If you would like to organise the freight from a forwarder to overseas we are more than willing to arrange freight from our warehouse to the most convenient location in Australia for you, however the overseas portion of the freight is your responsibility.

Postcode zones vary between different freight companies however this can be used as a guide to find out if you are within a capital city. If there are additional freight charges you will be notified before your order is processed.

There is a shipping calculator on 99% of our items. Simply enter your postcode for a quote on a single item. If you wish to receive a freight quote for multiple items, simply add all the products to your cart and use the shipping calculator on checkout.

It sure does! Basically, the more equipment you order at once the cheaper the per kilogram rate gets!

We use a wide range of shipping carriers to bring you the cheapest and best possible service. Our shipping volume means we some of the best freight rates possible in Australia, which we pass on to you!

If you have a shipping company that you use for business you are welcome to arrange pickup with your shipping company from our warehouse in Molendinar, Queensland. We will need at least two business days notice before pickup so that we can ensure your order is packaged ready for pickup.

Our brand promise to you is to have your order dispatched within 2 business days from receiving payment in full. The actual time in transit depends on few factors such as where the item is sent from, where it is going and freight company.

Most of the East Coast and Adelaide is usually 3-7 business days for delivery time where Perth, Darwin and Tasmania are usually 10-15 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched the freight company will send you an automated email with all the information that you need, please ensure you check your spam folder. Once you have this information, if you have any queries regarding the delivery time, you can contact the freight companies customer service hotline directly. However, if they are unable to help you, give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist you.
