Hip Abduction/Aduction Machine
The Hip Abduction/Adduction Machine gives a hint of modification to work the adductor muscle groups wrapping the area around your inner thighs and the abductor muscle groups wrapping the area around the outer leg. To target the abductors' muscles, situate your legs inside the foam pads and push outwards against the pads to go against the resistance. You can also do it the other way and push inwards against the resistance pads to target the adductor muscle groups.
Using this machine can save a lot of efforts and planning time with other workouts. It is equally effective and more efficient than performing squats, lunges or kettlebell swings, sumo squats, side lunges, etc. This machine helps provide an individual with stability during workout compared to free-body workouts, we tend to lose target of our desired muscle groups when we lose form during workouts, therefore, our workout becomes less-efficient. Consider using this machine if you hate doing isolation workouts, it basically does the same work but only requires you less effort and fluid movement so that you can utilize the full range of motion of your legs while targeting the muscle groups of the legs as a whole.Developing your lower extremities with this machine provides you with stability. Your lower muscles support your quads, hamstrings and glutes which improves movement when properly and equally strengthened. Just be careful with isolation work with these muscles, imbalanced muscle development may lead to future joint problems or possible limitation to your range of movement.
