HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE SPORT?

I first started in martial arts when my parents put me into Karate for self defence. I continued Karate until receiving my black belt then switched to Hapkido and Jiu Jitsu. Following this the school I was learning these arts switched to MMA and thus my MMA career began.

WHO/WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION AND WHY?

Early days my biggest inspiration was probably all the games and anime I watched, wanting to be the main character and wanting to be strong. As I got older it changed to my dad and me just wanting to be a good man.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT TRAINING ON THE ASSAULTRUNNER?

The AssaultRunner Pro is absolutely great on my joints and it's a much better workout than a regular treadmill. Being able to change to pace on the fly is also amazing. As someone who hates running outside I'll never go back!
