HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE SPORT?
From a very young age, I loved playing football. My Dad was a player himself, also playing for the Socceroos. He guided me through the very early stages of my Football development.
WHAT DOES YOUR WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE?
It changes depending on whether it is off/pre or during the season. When playing, a typical week would generally be:
MONDAY
6 am
- Yoga and breathwork.
- Physio and training preparation.
9.30 am
- Activation/Strength Training.
- Team video analysis.
10.30 am
- Training on the pitch.
1 pm
- Gym Session.
- Massage/Physio.
7.30 pm
- Stretching.
TUESDAY
6 am
- Meditation and breathwork.
9.30 am
- Activation/Strength training
10.30 am
- Training on the pitch.
1 pm
- Gym Session
3 pm
- Yoga
- Swimming/Walk/Ice Bath

WHAT OR WHO IS YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION?
My wife and children are huge inspirations and drive me to do my best. They always support me in my purpose to be the best version of myself every day. which fuels my desire to succeed in all aspects of my life.
My Dad also inspires me. He was very influential to learn from such a young age.
WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE IS THE GREATEST CHALLENGE MOST ATHLETES FACE TODAY?
For aspiring professional athletes, I would say self-belief to reach goals. Encountering setbacks happen to everyone—from injuries, selection to rejection. It's essential to keep clear goals and make plans to achieve them—knowing it's not a straight line, success takes years of work and dedication, then continuous maintenance to remain at the top of your game. Mentally, physically, tactically.
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE REMEMBERED FOR?
I hope people always remember me for my passion for the game and my desire to grow and succeed.
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR BEST EXERCISE/WORKOUT TIPS?
- Play high-intensity football games.
- Boxes (4v1 - 6v2) works reaction times with good touches.
- Passing drills that involve speed of pass.
- Get a personalised strength and fitness program—Mine is designed specifically for me by Alta Athletic. We work through a range of strength exercises for optimal performance.
- High-intensity repeated effort runs.
ARE THERE ANY SHORT-TERM GOALS YOU'D LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH?
I aim to improve continually and develop as a player, never losing focus of my ambition and drive to succeed and grow. I'm looking forward to another great season personally and hope to help get the Central Coast Mariners back to the top.
