I bought the Torque USA Anker 7 for my garage gym because I wanted a compact wall-mounted cable machine that would give me more exercise variety without taking over the whole space.
So far I’m really happy with it. The unit feels solid once installed, the pulleys run smoothly, and the dual adjustable arms make it useful for rows, presses, flys, tricep work, curls, face pulls and general cable accessory work. For a home setup, it gives a lot of flexibility in a relatively small footprint.
The biggest benefit for me is that it lets me train properly at home without needing a full commercial gym setup. I can fit quick sessions in around work and family life, which is exactly what I needed.
A few practical notes: installation needs to be taken seriously. It is a heavy wall mounted unit, so make sure your wall and fixings are suitable. I mounted mine to brick and spent a bit of time getting the anchoring right. Once installed correctly, it feels very secure. I’d also recommend budgeting for a few extra cable attachments depending on how you want to train.
Overall, I’m very happy with the Anker 7. It’s compact, sturdy, smooth to use, and a great option if you want a proper cable setup at home without losing half your garage.

This is exactly what I hoped it to be. The only thing I'd pass on is the pull up bar (optional), which is a too bad. At full arm extension, (I'm 6 ft. 1 in. ), and only the slightest bit if swing, my knee will hit the top of the weight stack. I've done it enough that I've decided not to use it anymore. Otherwise everything else is 5 star.
We love our Anker 7. We had limited space for a gym, and it was the perfect size for us. My husband rants and raves about the system. If we could give it more than 5 stars we would!
Nice machine to help round out a home gym!
I'd been looking for a compact weight machine for a long time - we don't have a large room for exercise equipment, so space is a serious consideration. For a while the only thing I could find was a certain high-tech machine with a monthly subscription... no thanks.
Finally found this one, and once we got it installed it's everything I'd hoped it would be! It fits nicely to the side of the room, is *super* stable due to being bolted into the wall, and really versatile (having the two stacks and so many cable height options is great)
Absolutely recommended! We don't have a weight bench yet, and there are a few attachments that I want to get (such as a handle bar that connects the two stacks so I can work up to pull-ups), but we're getting great use out of it.
Very Yes
