Shipping was really great - the courier even moved it to put down exactly where I needed it. Assembly was pretty straightforward - good instructions, although inserting the 2nd upright pole for the smith machine was quite difficult. Everything is very solid and fits together well. Really high quality materials and steel. The smith machine is super smooth. Gets almost daily use. I selected this based on reviews of the higher-spec Force USA gear and this newest version of the G3 seems not to have the issue with smooth Smith machine action that was warned against on the first version. It's great. I also got the upgrade kit and I don't regret it.

I ordered ForceUSA G3 but made a mistake when entering my email (accidentlt typed one leffer wrong). When I noticed it I sent an email adivising them that I made a mistake, asking them to update my contact detail. No response.

I rang their office, got a hold of someone and explained it. He said he will update it so it was all good.

Later that day I receiced an email saying their security flagged this transaction (probably because of the email spelling mistake) and it was on hold. To proceed I need me to send the photo of my ID(e.g. passport) and credit card (last digits). I said I don't want to send photo of my ID to them just to buy a power rack. She said she will talk to her manager and get back to me.

I heard no update but the next day the transaction went through (from my credit card). So I rang again and told her that the money has gone through and if they can process my order. She insisted that I need to send the photo or come to their office in Gold Coast (which is 1 hour drive from where I am). I asked if the money has gone through, why do I need to send the photo of my ID. She said they want to make sure I am the owner of my credit card.

I told her that the money has been paid, I can see it in my bank app, the product is being delivered to my home address and I am happy to verify my ID to a driver if needed. But I dont want to send photo of my passport or take 2 hours (return) drive just to show my ID. She said she will consult with colleagues and get back to me. I asked when I can expect to hear from them, she said today (which was yesterday) but still nothing. Not sure what is going o with this..I paid for the product and just want to receive it without wasting my time keep chasing things up...
