Grind Change Plates

Whether you’re refining technique, pushing past a plateau, or chasing small jumps toward a PB, these Grind Change Plates make progression easy. Available in 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 1.5 kg, 2 kg, and 2.5 kg, they let you load in clean, manageable increments without over-jumping your working weight.

Each plate is made with a rubber-coated steel construction that stands up to regular strength training while helping reduce noise and wear during loading. Designed to fit standard 2" (50 mm) barbell sleeves, the plates slide on smoothly and stack cleanly, giving you balanced, secure weight increments for controlled, confidence-building lifts.

With at least 20% Nike Grind recycled rubber by total product volume, these plates are part of Nike’s eco-minded collection. The recycled content gives each plate a distinct look while contributing to a more sustainable training setup.
