Battle Rope

I got this to have a new way to work out and it’s really cool! I’ve never used these to work out before and it works really well! It definitely uses muscles that I dont use otherwise. They are really well. Overall these are great!

This battle rope is super sturdy and versatile for my home gym. The diameter of this rope is smaller and the overall weight of the rope is lighter than the one you may find at your standard 24 hour fitness gym but that makes the grip so much easier for smaller hands. The large ropes at a standard gym are way too difficult for me to grasp tightly enough because I have small hands. The better the grip strength the more power you can produce. You can attach them to a post but what I did was just use a cable machine and I wrapped the middle around the machine to maintain stability. Endless options for a great endurance and power workout!

I have enjoyed these ropes so much. I only used to get a rope workout in at Bootcamp and now I have a little Bootcamp at home. The ropes are durable and it just makes for a good workout. I definitely don’t have an excuse to not workout.

The Centr Battle Rope is a great quality battle rope for getting an arm and core workout in at home. It’s the same thickness and quality as ropes I’ve used in the gym just a little shorter. A few minutes with this and my arms feel like jello. Recommended.
