An improved version of the previous AirRunner model, it’s equipped with built-in training programs to help track your progress and keep your workouts fresh.
Finding space for gym equipment can be challenging. Our team engineered the AssaultRunner Pro to have one of the smallest footprints of any home treadmill. The AssaultRunner Pro is a manual treadmill, meaning it is powered entirely by your movement — there’s no motor. You control your speed and intensity with each stride, resulting in a more natural, outdoor-like running experience and often higher calorie burn.
It’s ideal for runners, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts who want HIIT workouts, sprint training, or endurance sessions. It’s also popular with CrossFit-style training and high-intensity cardio workouts.
No, this treadmill requires zero electricity. Since it is self-powered, you can use it anywhere without plugging it in.
The console displays essential metrics such as time, distance, speed, calories, and watts, helping you monitor your workout progress. It also offers Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity for pairing with apps and devices.
The AssaultRunner Pro is larger than compact treadmills and needs dedicated floor space. However, it includes transport wheels and a rear handle to make moving it more manageable if needed.
Yes, because the belt moves with your own effort, there is a small learning curve as you adapt your form and pacing, especially if you’re used to motorized treadmills.
Yes, its design also supports interval training, sprint sessions, and functional fitness drills, making it versatile beyond just steady-state running.

This is an amazing piece of equipment for a semi-decent runner (not elite, but has clocked sub 18 minute 5km; sum 37 minute 10km; so on). Not to flex, purely to say that decent runners can and do use this. During my research a lot of people raving about this weren't traditional runners or triathletes but hybrid athletes, Hyrox, crossfitters, etc. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, but that isn't me or my training.
Happy to say this has been a really good purchase for my wife and I. It's different to the electric treadmills for all the reasons people say, but it is much more efficient for quick 30-60 minute doubles, speed work or Tempo Runs. This slots in to my training more as cover for when I should be out doors, but can't because of parental responsibilities or because I am fitting a second run in at lunch when working from home and may need to cancel the workout at a moments notice.
I will say that as good as it is, we have a second treadmill too for easy recovery runs ... this isn't great for that, but you definitely can still use it.
The big win as well which I found in my research that a lot of people don't talk about because they don't care is how easily this integrates with zwift. If that isn't something you care or know about, then carry on, but it is something I care about and it works effortlessly for speed. It also tracks cadence but I am not sure how much stock I'd put in that.
One thing I will say for any triathletes: this is a challenge for brick runs ... I know you should be out doors, but when you can't, this is a lot harder than an electric treadmill. Neither are really reflective of running outdoors when you're under that fatigue, with the electric being too easy and this really grinding you down after half an hour, so it isn't at all an issue, but it is something to know.

Awesome machine, built well, goes as quick as you want it to, no more playing around with the settings to build up speed (with that awkward transition between walking, speed walking and running). Not that I would move it around, but it is quite easy to move if needed. Takes a little bit to get used to the running style in the beginning (a few attempts) and after that, it feels smooth.
