Chin up / Dip Station
With the chin up and dip station, you can perform a chin up, pull up and dips. Chin ups work your back and arm muscles. By switching the position of your palms into a pull up position, you place more of the work on your biceps. By performing dips, you target your triceps. If you want to target your chest instead, just tilt your body forward a bit, and you will incorporate your chest muscles into the exercise.
