As part of the St. Andrews Hospital's $500m development project, a modern gym was required that would give staff the ability to keep fit and healthy with the convenience of an onsite facility.

Working closely with the Gym and Fitness team, a custom need was that hospital staff be able to increase their cardiovascular fitness across a range of machines. We achieved this by supplying a combination of treadmills, cross-trainers, rowers and fan bikes.

The cardio equipment was carefully positioned to make use of the 180-degree outlook from the flooring-to-ceiling windows, giving users a relaxed yet motivating environment to train in. A selection of accessory equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells, core balls and a functional trainer were also included to ensure core, upper and lower body strength.

The result is an engaging workout space, helping visitors improve their strength and cardio fitness with access to a wide selection of user-friendly equipment.
