The Force USA Sling option offers a simple and reliable solution for protecting both your body and your equipment during even the heaviest lifts. As an advantage over some pin/pipe and flip-down safety systems, you can mount the ends of each strap hanger at different heights. This gives athletes the option of positioning the strap so that the barbell will roll safely away from them on a drop.

If you train alone these are a must have, great if you want to fail alone on bench press or squats, other reviews here say they are too long, it's not the case. For bench, set them at same height as the jhooks on the opposite side (Higher) and set the other side below the jhooks so it just touches your chest, when you fail it rolls to your neck where you can get out easy, they don't go at the same height for bench, no hitting a bar or interfering with your movement. reposition quick, super safe and the red end bolts have magnets to keep them in place for added extra safety, though you can get away easy without them. All up very well designed, a must have for training alone.
Good Safety strap that fit on any rack that have 60x60 upright with 5/8 inch hole and interior depth between 73-74cm.
Awesome for squat safety use inside rack but it’s a little too relaxed for use as a bench press drop safety as you lose range of press motion for it to hold high enough to clear your chest if you couldn’t get the bar back to the j hooks on your own.
Very handy to have non the less.
Perfect for squatting and rack pulls, but too long for benching. You basically need to have these set in the same holes as the J hooks for them to act as safeties.
