Change Labz has brought the benefits of health and fitness into the living rooms of millions of Australians with its Channel 7 TV show. The program takes people of all walks-of-life through the challenge of a lifetime using mindset, nutrition, training and accountability to transform their lives for good.

With a stunning studio in South Melbourne, the team at Change Labz needed to modernise its equipment space to include a functional training zone that would cater to its incredibly popular group fitness classes.

Gym and Fitness jumped on board, delivering a range of new equipment that focused on strength, endurance, lifting and cardiovascular movements. This included Force USA’s range of functional pieces such as Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Wall Balls, Battle Ropes and Plyo Boxes - which are ideal for circuit classes.

Our commercial fit-out team were also able to deliver a number of cardio and strength items like the famous Assault Bike, a space-saving All-In-One Strength Trainer and the versatile Freestanding 4 Cell Rig for weightlifting.

Change Labz’s freshly updated and spectacular training space is now bringing the best of high quality, user-friendly commercial equipment to a new generation of fitness enthusiasts!
