  2. Where are you located?
    We operate out of several warehouses around Australia. It is possible however to inspect / test most products prior to purchase at the relevant warehouse / showroom. A basic guide as to the locations for the products is:

  3. I have seen the same product cheaper elsewhere... can you match it?
    We are confident we have the most competitive advertised prices in Australia however if you see a cheaper advertised price send us an email with the details and we should be able to match it.

    Make sure you take freight costs into account as we have some of the best freight rates in AUS!

  4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    This depends on a few things. We usually do our best to get all orders dispatched in 3 working days from receiving payment however sometimes when we are very busy (ie pre-summer rush, before Christmas and when we are bombarded with lots of containers to unpack in a few days) it may take a little longer.

    The actual time in transit depends on where the item is sent from and where it is going. Most of the east cost and Adelaide is usually 1-2 days shipping. Perth, Dariwn and Tassie are usually 4-8 days depending on the exact location.

    Once your order has been dispatched the freight company's computer system will send you and automated email with all the information that you need. Once you have this information if you have y queries regarding the delivery time you are best off contacting the freight companies customer service hotline directly.

  6. Can I pay with cheque or money order?
    You sure can. The delivery address and details will be given to you when you select "Cheque" as the payment option in the checkout.

  7. Can I pay with credit card? Are my details safe?
    We can accept secure credit card payments online! Our website protected with high-grade 256-bit encryption. This means that when you are entering any personal details (such as creating an account) or going through the steps in the checkout all your information will be secure! If you are still not comfortable with giving details over the internet, we can also accept your credit card details over the phone if you prefer.

    Ensure you have the yellow padlock in the bottom of your browser when submitting credit card details, if you decide to order from a competitor, ensure they have a padlock when ordering or your personal information is at risk. The padlock will not be present when browsing the products, only when personal/payment details are being entered. We also rely on McAfee, the most trusted name in security, to test our server daily to ensure that it is secure for customers to transmit their personal information.   8. Can I pay with bank deposit?
    You sure can. Please contact us for our bank details.

    Please use your name or order number as the description as this makes it easier and quicker to identify your payment and have your order dispatched quicker.

  9. Can I pay with PayPal?
    Unfortunately due to their high fees and horror stories (www.paypalsucks.com) we can not accept payment anymore with PayPal.

  10. Can I pay cash on pickup?
    Cash on pickup is an accepted method of payment. As we operate out of several warehouses please check with us as to where the products are located. More information about our locations can be found above. It is best to arrange a pickup time with us prior to pickup so we can have your item/s ready.

  11. Can I pay with cash on delivery?
    As we use courier (eg Hunter express, toll ipec etc) we are unable to accept cash on delivery. The "cash on pickup" option in the checkout is if you wish to pickup the item and pay on pickup.

  14. Can more weights be added to the Muscle Motion multi gym?
    No there is no additional 'add-on kit' for the weight stack for the multi gym. Some customer have done this themselves at home by purchasing a pin loaded weight stack and making a new selector pin. This will void any warranty.

  15. Some of your barbells have thrust bearings, what are they?
    With some of the Olympic barbells there is a choice between the standard bearings and a thrust bearings. The standard bearings are a high quality copper bushing while the thrust bearings are more heavy duty and are capable of keeping the sleeves rotating at the slightest touch. They are also better at handling more abuse which is ideal if the bar will be used for Olympic lifting.

  16. Is there anywhere I can see the Titan before I purchase?
    Possible. We have some customers around Australia who are happy to let people try out their Titan, please contact us with your postcode and we can let you know if anyone is close by.

  17. Is it hard to assemble the titan and how long does it take?
    The titan takes about 1 hour to unpack from the protective wrapping the crate and between 2-4 hours to assemble. A lot of the small parts come preassembled from Poland to save some time. The unit also comes with an instruction CD and all the tools required.

  19. Do you ship overseas?
    We do not organsie overseas freight ourselves. If you would like to organise the freight from a forwarder to overseas we are more than willing to arrange freight from our warehouse to the most convenient location in AUS for you however the overseas part of the freight is your responsibility to organise.

  20. What are the postcode ranges for the capital citites?
    Postcode zones vary between different freight companies however this can be used as a guide to find out if you are within a capital city. If there are additional freight charges you will be notified before your order is processed.

  21. How much does it cost for shipping?
    We have tried to add a drop down menu for most items to most capital cities. You simply select this option before adding the item to your cart and it will add the correct shipping amount. If you live outside of a capital city, or there is no drop down menu for shipping the best option is to contact us with the products and your postcode for a price. When contacting us for a shipping quote, please ensure you include:
    • Product you are after
    • Amount you are after (eg if you are after weight plates, specify the KG)
    • The postcode you are after

  22. If I purchase lots of gear at once does the shipping get cheaper?
    It sure does! If you have a large order over 300kg we get cheaper shipping rates so we can pass on the savings!

  23. What shipping company do you use?
    We use a wide range of shipping carriers trying to bring you the cheapest and best service.
