This unit is built like a tank. 60mm tube steel with a 2.5mm wall thickness, backing plates, bracing and high tensile strength nuts and bolts give it a rating of 1000lbs.
The cage provides a safe method of performing all of the barbell power exercises such as squats, rows, dead lifts and all pressing movements with the security of the adjustable spotter bars.
The Power includes both the dual grip chin-up bar and also the dip bars at no additional cost. The Power rack
also includes solid steel adjustment safety bars and and a pair of bar holders. The multiple adjustment height holes are numbered for quick and easy adjustment changes.
