Great for Crossfit or Powerlifting Review by Gary Lucas
Quality Delivery Value Hi guys, i was tossing up between this rack and another rack and decided on the force usa commercial power rack mainly because of the band pegs and multi-grip chin up. I have been doing Crossfit for a few years now and decided to setup my own gym in the garage and decided on this rack, set of Garage gym bumpers, med balls, bands and some other accessories which you guys did me a good deal on. Really happy with my buy, and my mates train and thrash it every day and holds up to a good beating! (Posted on 19/04/10)

Delivery Value Quality I have been in the powerlifting scene for quite a few decades now and this rack is the best I have seen anywhere. I was looking at purchasing a similar one from the states for about 4 times the price and very happy I decided on this one! Thanks guys. (Posted on 15/04/10)

- Does the power rack come with a high/low cable pull down as an accessory and how much. And have you got a incline/decline bench to go with it and price to please. freight cost to S.E Melbourne also thanks.
- There is no lat pull down option available for this rack. We have plenty of great benches to choose from that you can view on our website. If you would like a recommendation please send through your budget and we can adivse. There should also be a shipping calculator that you can use to work out freight, if you postcode does not work, please email us and we can happily calculate this for you.

- barbell holders &plate holders are they olympic or standard size?
- The bar and weight holders are designed only for Olympic size bars and weights.
