Fixed Sets

A barbell is a straight metal bar that can be loaded with weights and used as a piece of exercise equipment. They are used in sports such as weightlifting, power lifting and body building.

There are two ways to buy barbells. You can buy handles, weights and collars or you can buy a complete set. The personalised approach allows greater customisation and best suits a beginner who needs to test out their abilities at different weights. It will also help to progress from one weight capacity to the other without necessarily buying new equipment. The fixed set comes complete and weights are not removable.

Fixed Sets are made from heat tempered, industrial grade hex head bolts and steel end plate parts, therefore are suitable for professional use. The bolts are applied using a high torque wrench so they remain rugged for heavy duty use and will not wobble after frequent applications.
