Each 22cm nickel-plated sleeve holds up to four 20kg plates, making it ideal for heavy training sessions. This is a great size for those working in small/compact spaces or if you just want a compact option. No issue with the lower weight compared to a standard barbell; just add more weight. Currently use it for squats, deadlifts and landmine exercises. Quick delivery and great service from the team at GAF.
