Force USA MyRack Attachments

I purchased the Force USA MyRack Safety Option 1, as it’s the attachment that the knee holder attaches to. These items are essential if you have the lat attachment and plan on lifting heavy. Together, the system works well and has been a great addition to my Force USA MyRack garage gym setup. simple to install and easy to adjust

Like another reviewer, I had the Option 2 safety but after purchasing the lat pulldown attachment I grabbed a set of these as well. Much quicker/easier to adjust than the Option 2 safety.

Simple and Quick to Use

I was not planning to purchase these. After I purchased the MyRack Knee Holder for Lat Pulldown, I realised they did not fit the safety option I already had (MyRack Option 2 Box Tube Safety). So, I purchased these. I don't regret the purchase now because these Pin safeties are quick and easy to use.
