This Flat, Incline, Decline (FID) SCS bench from Inspire provides a comfortable foundation for all your favourite upper body exercises, with the ability to add Preacher Curl and Leg Curl attachments. There are 4 unique seat positions and 5 on the backrest, allowing you to choose the ideal setting for your height and exercise choice. Made from heavy-duty, high-quality steel and finished in an attractive matte black and chrome colour, you can use this as a stand-alone bench or easily add it to your Smith Machine or All-In-One-Trainer.
