      • Maintain and manage company processes relating to Human Resources

      • Provide advice to managers and Executive Team in relation to best practice, Fairwork, Return to Work etc. as well as ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and awards

      • Coaching and mentoring managers on people management, and employee relationships

      • Assist with conflict management and mediation, ensuring appropriate records are taken and filed

      • Leading the case management and investigations of complex and sensitive employee relation matters

      • Actively contributing to the development and improvement of systems to facilitate best practice processes

      • Actively engage in identification and communication of process improvements within this role and departmentally

      • Manage the staff recruitment process, induction, training and exit processes in liaison with respective managers

      • Maintain and review Officevibe, providing weekly reports to the Executive Team on company culture and supporting metrics

      • Management of projects associated with People and Culture, as directed by the General Manager

      • Conduct the Annual Culture Audit

      • Management of the People and Culture Shared Drive

      • Management of the People and Culture Assistant


what you'll have

      • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or alike will be highly regarded

      • Minimum of 3 years experience in a human resources role

      • Good understanding of people management and cultural strategies

      • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Google Suite (or similar)

      • Demonstrated ability to uphold and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times

      • Ability to write, develop and maintain policies relating to human resources

      • Demonstrated ability to act with respect, honour and integrity
