Key Features

BRACE AND BALANCE

The attachment works to keep you seated and your knees braced as you pull multiple reps with the Lat Pulldown. It can also be used as a unique leg roller, helping provide leg strength, balance, and coordination when performing one-leg squats, Bulgarian squats, and lunges. The MyRack Knee Attachment is constructed with thick, durable high-density foam padding and commercial vinyl equipped with a rip-stop mesh backing to help prevent rips and tears.

Good product, great customer service

Excellent quality product with a thick foam pad that sits comfortably on the knees. I was accidentally sent an older model of the knee holder which didn't attach to the Pin & Pipe Safeties, but after an email to customer service they promptly sent out the correct at their expense.

Connects to Pin and Pipe Safety Only

It is a good product, foam is wide, thick and comfortable enough. The only downside is that the Knee Holder only connects to the MyRack Pin & Pipe Safety Option 1. So, I also had to purchase the Pin & Pipe Satefy because I had the Option 2 Box Tube Safety. Turns out I don't regret purchasing the Pin & Pipe because it handles a bit easier.
