We understand that sometimes even the best equipment can encounter issues, but we are here to help. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and ensuring you can return to your workouts as quickly as possible. We maintain a comprehensive stock of spare parts for most of our in-house products. However, if we don't have the specific part you need, we are more than willing to go the extra mile and order it for you. Our goal is to minimise any inconvenience and make the process as seamless as possible.

We've put together a Product Care Guidelines to help you easily maintain your GAF gear. Proper equipment maintenance is crucial to ensure its longevity and to maintain the validity of your warranty. We want you to get the most out of your investment, and proper care is where it all begins.

For our in-house brands, you can easily lodge a warranty claim by using our convenient warranty claim form or by giving us a call at (02) 8319 4879. Our friendly team will be more than happy to assist you and guide you through the process. For third-party brands, please use the link provided to lodge a claim directly with the manufacturer.

FAQs

MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have purchased a faulty product that does not meet one or more consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund or repair. If the problem is minor and can be fixed, we reserve the opportunity to fix the problem and may seek to repair the faulty item under warranty. If the problem is major or cannot be fixed, we will look to provide a brand new replacement or a full refund. Please contact us for further information.

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND? 

We offer a 14-Day Return policy, beginning on your delivery date, exclusively for exclusively applies to Assault Fitness, Force USA, Freeform Cardio, Revel Recovery, Rep Fitness, Powerblock, VersaFit Flooring and Vortex products.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE ISSUED?

Refunds cannot be given instantaneously. The refund process can take 3 - 4 business days after your item has been returned to our warehouse unless otherwise stated.
