We do our best to try and make sure that we always have spare parts in stock for the machines we sell or can at least get the parts you need. Please retain you invoice as proof of purchase. Sometimes we may require a part to be returned to the warehouse as proof of the problem however most of the time some clear photographs are all we need and we can have the replacements out to you ASAP.

IRONMASTER WARRANTY
We guarantee our benches, machines and attachments against structural or mechanical failure for 10 years from the date of purchase. Upholstery and cables are guaranteed for one year. Dumbells carry a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. It is our option to replace or repair any defective part. Customer pays freight on warranty work and parts.

The Force USA range of strength equipment carries a Lifetime Structural Warranty along with 5 years cover on all cables and pulleys. This warranty applies to first owners and does not cover second hand equipment or re-sold equipment. This Force USA warranty covers only failures due to defects in structural, cables and pulleys and workmanship that occur during normal home use. It will not cover damage that occurs in transport/delivery or failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, mis-application, alteration or improper assembly of the product. This warranty does not cover the use or failure of equipment in studio commercial applications. The replacement or repair provided for under the Force USA warranty is the responsibility of the user and the customer will be responsible for any freight charges applicable. Force USA will not be liable for any consequential damages or for breach of any implied warranty on the range of Force USA strength equipment. Force USA reserves the right to provide reconditioned parts and/or to request a return and repair existing defective parts on the Force USA product.
VorTex VorTex by Force USA is a commercial grade upholstery used for all Force USA equipment. We use a high grade commercial vinyl with rip-stop mesh backing which helps prevent rips and tears. MUSCLE MOTION WARRANTY
Frame - 12 months return to base warranty
Cable/Pulley - 6 months replacement warranty
Upholstery - 3 months return to base warranty.
PROSPOT FITNESS WARRANTY
The ProSpot Fitness range carries a lifetime warranty on the frame, 2 years on cables & pulleys.
POWERTEC WARRANTY
All Powertec machines are covered under the following warranty:
- Lifetime warranty on the frame (excludes surface finish*).
- Two years on component parts* (bearings, spring pins).
- One year on pads, grips and unspecified parts*.
- Shipping charges may not be covered under the warranty.
- Warranties may be voided by abusive use or alterations made to the unit.
Replacement parts may vary in color. Any missing or defective parts must be reported within 30 days of receipt of unit(s).
