Have you ever tried finding some light weight 450mm plates in Australia? Nearly impossible until now. The light weight training discs are great for women, kids, elderly and even men to practice their technique for Olympic lifts.

These plates are NOT calibrated. Price is for one 10lb plate.

SHIPPING: These items are shipping from our Adelaide warehouse. If order is under 20kg can be sent with Auspost. If between 20 and 120kg are ordered they will be shipping with a courier company (usually toll ipec is cheapest) and for orders over 120kg they will be shipped with a freight company and the shipping is much cheaper. Please email us with the amount and your postcode for a shipping quote. Pickup is also available in Adelaide.

TO ORDER: If you have already received a shipping quote from us simply add the plates you are after to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout. If paying with credit card, in the comments section place "I authorise you to charge my card $XXX for the weights plus $XXX for the shipping, quoted by XXX" and replace the XXX with the different amounts and who replied with the shipping quote, your card will be charged the correct amount and NOT the amount the shopping cart says. If paying with bank deposit or cheque, just make a note in the comments section of the freight and ensure you pay the correct amount.
