The included FS-150 bench further expands the HG-6’s versatility, providing such exercises as leg press, leg extension and curl, rowing movement and various press and cable exercises. The FS-150 also has a unique feature not found on any other workout bench - spring-loaded positioning wheels. While not in use the bench floats above the wheels and can be moved around easily. Locks down automatically while in use. Contoured sport seat with lumbar support provides unequalled comfort and performance while the positioning handles make adjusting seat positions a snap.
