Simply take the adder weights out of the dumbbell handles and slot your new curl bar in. With a comfortable and secure grip and great looking design, the EZ Curl Bar is compatible with Pro 50 and Pro EXP PowerBlocks and the U50, U70, U90 in the Urethane Series.
