Perform a complete workout at home with this multi functional bench and rack system. The fully adjustable bench with attachments combines perfectly with the freestanding rack which includes an adjustable pulley tower. Standard and Olympic plates are both compatible with this system (Olympic adaptor sleeves are provided) Note: Barbell and weights are not included with this listing (curl bar included)

- Freestanding bench is adjustable from decline, flat, incline to upright, 7 different backrest positions are available.
- The bench also comes with a preacher curl pad and leg extension/curl attachment.
- A curl bar is included with this bench.
- The freestanding rack is built from 3 inch (75mm) round steel tubing.
- Adjustable height bar holder arms on the rack allow for a range of barbell exercises like bench press, shoulder press and squats.
