The Ironmaster Dip Attachment attaches to the Ironmaster Super Bench spine with the pull pin and lock in place. The attachment can be adjusted to three height positions of 50" to 52.5" from the floor.

The Ironmaster Dip Attachment turns the Ironmaster Super Bench into the ultimate upper body machine. Dips are great for tricep and chest development. Also works very well for doing leg/knee raises to target the lower abdominals! Handles have rubber grips and are 23" wide. 350 lb rated.
