Not only is the Iron Master Super Bench a high quality bench, with the addition of optional attachments it becomes a complete home gym. The Super Bench is built tough, it is rated to 450kg the flat position and 270kg in incline. This is a better quality bench than you will find in most gyms.

• 3 position incline seat is narrower than the backrest pad so it does not cut into the inside of the legs.
• 450kg rated. 11 & 12 gauge super strong steel frame. 270kg rated for incline/upright positions.
• Unique adjustment ring with foot lever adjuster, which operates from both sides and looks up extra tight. Patented design.
• Incline seat follows backrest pad at any angle so it will always be perpendicular. Other benches often have a shallow angle allowing the user to slide off.
• Ultra stable and strong platform in all positions yet is easy to lift and move. Does not need wheels.
• Accepts optional accessories like the Crunch Situp, Dip Handles, Chin Up Bar, Preacher Pad and Leg Extension/Curl (Not included)

Chin Up Bar This attachment for the Super Bench is a great way to work your lats and arms. Do chin ups or pull ups without taking up more space! The bar is adjustable in height from 198cm to 251cm to fit most anyone and is rated for 135kgs. Neoprene grip area and chrome frame tube.
	Dip Handles Bar Dip Handles for Super Bench. Attaches to bench spine with the pull pin and lock in place. Three height positions. Great for triceps and chest development. Also works very well for doing leg/knee raises to target the lower abdominals! Handles have rubber grips and are 58cm wide. 158kg rated.
Crunch Attachment Crunch Situp Attachment with mounting handle to hold on to. Place knees over top pad and feet under front pad. Adjustable leg increases the angle. Attaches to Super Bench spine with the pull pin and locks in place. Perfect position for abdominal training. Also assists in steep angled decline presses.
	Leg Extension/Curl This new attachment allows you to do leg extensions and leg curls with the Super Bench. Very heavy duty design and construction and works with either Standard weight plates or Olympic plates with the included Olympic sleeve adapter. Works with the Quick-Lock Dumbell weight plates too. 90kg design capacity. (You can fit 45kg of Quick-Lock plates on the weight holder bar). 4" diameter heavy duty foam roller pads can be set in two positions for longer or shorter legs. Note: Due to the height of the Super Bench, users over 6'2" may have a floor clearance constraint.
Cable Tower Attachment The Ironmaster Cable Tower Attachment allows you to expand your Ironmaster Super Bench capabilities with an upper and lower pulley cable system all in a very small footprint. The proprietary weight carriage will hold the Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbbells, Standard weight plates or Olympic style weight plates.
	Attachment Organiser The Ironmaster Attachment Organiser is designed to hold most of the optional attachments and accessories for the Ironmaster Super Bench and Ironmaster IM2000 Self Spotting Machine. Attachments shown for demonstration only and are not included. This is only the frame to hold them.
Dumbbell Spotters The new Ironmaster Spotting Stand makes working with dumbbells so easy that you will wonder how you got along without it! Heavy duty frame has adjustable saddles to hold your dumbbells right within reach for Flat, Decline, Incline and Upright presses.
	Wheel Kit This is a replacement foot tube for the Ironmaster Super Bench that has two heavy duty wheels added to make it possible to roll the bench around your workout space. The kit includes one foot tube for either end of the bench. You can also get two if you want to be able to roll the bench form either end.
Preacher Curl Pad Change the angle of the pad by adjusting the bench. It will handle a cable curl bar or free bar. Also works great with dumbells. Either way, this will help to isolate and blast the biceps!

Exercises
