The Self-Spotting machine has been built by Ironmaster for over 25years and the IM2000 represents years of development and refinements. This patented design offers several advantages over Smith Machines. There is no binding due to the patented slide rail and bushing system. The bar slides on nylon bushes that only require clean to touch silicone spray to maintain quiet and smooth operation.

The ergonomic lifting bar locks out forwards instead of backwards for a much faster and more natural movement. The lock out holes are only 1.7" apart so you will never get stuck when working out alone. The light weight lifting bar needs no complex counterweight system. This allows a dramatically reduced footprint, greater load capacity and a smoother quieter operation. The IM2000 is constructed from 11 gauge steel and is tested and rated to 1000lbs. The base kit includes Olympic adapters for lifting bar, standard plate holders, lat pull bar, upper and lower pulley/cable system. It is also backed by IronMasters 10 year warranty.

Olympic adapter sleeves: Olympic Sleeve Adapter Set for IM2000 plate holders. This is a set of 8 Olympic sized sleeves to fit on the plate storage bars on the back of the IM2000 machine.

The base model plate holders are 1inch diameter for standard plates but also will hold 2inch diameter Olympic style plates. These sleeves make the plate holders for the Olympic plates better and offers a full Olympic look to your system. They lock in place with set screws. Chrome plated steel.
