Finally coming to Australia! People have known for years that the Glute Ham Raise (GHR) was regarded as one the best movements for the posterior chain (lower back, glutes, hamstrings and calves). All GHRs felt great at the start of the movement but lost the training effect as you reached the top. In many cases, you could not pull yourself into the top (peak) position without falling off the machine. People have discovered that angling the pad drastically improves the design and that is what is included on this model. Will also be built from heavy duty steel to commercial quality.

• Will not have a brand name on it at this stage so ideal for commercial gyms

UPDATE 17th October!!! The sample is now on the way to Australia and we have received some photos of the sample. Once we receive we will test the machine and make any needed changes and then get the first batch ordered and manufactured. We are aiming to have the first shipment in AUS ready for dispatch by the end of the Year. From the pictures we have already noticed a few changes that need to be made:

• Foot plates will normally be checker plate to look a bit nicer
• Band attachments are missing
• Need smaller incremental adjustments for the foot holder heights
• Foot plate looks like it extends to high to be useful. Probably chop off at about the 3rd hole from the top
