| The time has come for an affordable bumper plate in Australia! These have
only recently arrived but so far they look and feel excellent with some glowing
early reports! These plates have a decent amount of rubber around the rim so they feel just
like all the expensive plates (eleiko etc) to drop and they have a very similar
bounce. The bar fit on them is not as tight as the IWF approved plates however
it it still reasonable. We have included a picture to show the gap on a normal
Olympic barbell. These plates are NOT calibrated. We have weighed a few pairs and the results
were: - 10kg = 9.6 & 10.0kg
- 15kg = 14.5 & 15.1kg
- 20kg = 20.1 & 20.3
Price is for one 20kg plate. SHIPPING: These items are shipping from our
Adelaide warehouse. If a pair of 10kg plates is purchase these can be shipped
with Auspost. If between 20 and 120kg are ordered they will be shipping with a
courier company (usually toll ipec is cheapest) and for orders over 120kg they
will be shipped with a freight company and the shipping is much cheaper. Please
email us with the amount and your postcode for a shipping quote. Pickup is also
available in Adelaide. TO ORDER: If you have already received a shipping quote from us
simply add the plates you are after to your shopping cart and proceed through
the checkout. If paying with credit card, in the comments section place "I
authorise you to charge my card $XXX for the weights plus $XXX for the shipping,
quoted by XXX" and replace the XXX with the different amounts and who replied
with the shipping quote, your card will be charged the correct amount and NOT
the amount the shopping cart says. If paying with bank deposit or cheque, just
make a note in the comments section of the freight and ensure you pay the
correct amount.
